Alkaios Koufos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Bertran in the 19th minute of play. The supporters of THE KILLER booed when Pyrus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pipis Topoudis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alkaios Koufos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, THE KILLER's Paris Petalidis got a free kick in the 45th minute. Pipis Topoudis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Stefanos Mantalakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aggelos Giotopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
