Amykos Kokkinos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jaan Viikmaa charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaan Viikmaa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th match minute, Gourzí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaan Viikmaa to maneuver through the defense. Kroios Christou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iphitos Papadis in the 17th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Akis Bourikas threw the ball into play from the sideline. Gourzí's Dimosthenis Chrysanthopoulos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 23rd minute, Nassos Koulpasis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nassos Koulpasis in the 26th minute of play forced Gourzí's goalkeeper Kroios Christou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 minutes of play, Peaky Blinders F.C's Nassos Koulpasis made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gourzí's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hyllos Arvanitoyannis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute, Nassos Koulpasis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Hyllos Arvanitoyannis took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Amykos Kokkinos to make any attempt to save it. Hyllos Arvanitoyannis was extremely unlucky when he, in the 45th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hyllos Arvanitoyannis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes Peaky Blinders F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alfréd Lévay who took care of the corner kick. Amykos Kokkinos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hyllos Arvanitoyannis in the 55th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geet Chattophadhyay during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Despite being the better team, Gourzí failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
