Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Menios Kezdoglou made the kick off which started today's match. Troizen Bertsimas kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Fotinós's Dinekis Arvanitoyannis broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Fotinós's Menios Kezdoglou managed to work through Sgardheliánika's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Menios Kezdoglou dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Aigimios Karaoulanis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Menios Kezdoglou in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Nikias Fotiadis made a precise shot to the right of Epeios Calogerakis. Fotinós's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Alekos Ladas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Epeios Calogerakis came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Sgardheliánika's Nikias Fotiadis. But to his dismay, Nikias Fotiadis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Alekos Ladas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aigimios Karaoulanis firmly grabbed it by the left post. Apsyrtos Atsidakos hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Menios Kezdoglou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 39 minutes, Alekos Ladas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fotinós's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alekos Ladas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Menios Kezdoglou received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aigimios Karaoulanis came out and tried to block the shot, but Menios Kezdoglou slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 41st minute. Amykos Asikis kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Charalambos Petridis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Epeios Calogerakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nikias Fotiadis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Menios Kezdoglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Menios Kezdoglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aigimios Karaoulanis having to interfere. Fotinós's Alekos Ladas got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 62 minutes, Menios Kezdoglou made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Sgardheliánika's Aigimios Karaoulanis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Charalambos Petridis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epeios Calogerakis having to interfere. After 68 minutes, Alekos Ladas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fotinós and the Sgardheliánika players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th minute, Alekos Ladas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Nikias Fotiadis took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Epeios Calogerakis to make any attempt to save it. 73 minutes into the match, Sgardheliánika's goal looked a bit too open when Menios Kezdoglou came free, but Aigimios Karaoulanis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Apsyrtos Atsidakos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Sgardheliánika's zone, Alekos Ladas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aigimios Karaoulanis came out of the goal and Alekos Ladas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Fotinós booed when Sgardheliánika was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Troizen Bertsimas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sgardheliánika's Aigimios Karaoulanis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Menios Kezdoglou in the 78th minute of play. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sgardheliánika's goalkeeper Aigimios Karaoulanis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Musios Hadjiyianakies hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. If Alekos Ladas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aigimios Karaoulanis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alekos Ladas in the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sgardheliánika had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
