Askanios Georgeakopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phoibos Bilias, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After 6 played minutes KYPEROUNTA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Daidalos Sarantopoulos. In the 8th match minute, KYPEROUNTA F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daidalos Sarantopoulos to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute Patroklos Markopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giannis Loizou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cheimadió's Giannis Loizou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Cheimadió from getting a goal against them. In the 18th minute, Arkas Papadakos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giannis Loizou made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Timos Batsakis sent off a good shot on target. KYPEROUNTA F.C's Askanios Georgeakopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkas Papadakos in the 28th minute of play. Askanios Georgeakopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dihnekis Kakos in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daidalos Sarantopoulos in the 32nd minute of play forced Cheimadió's goalkeeper Giannis Loizou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cheimadió's Giannis Loizou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Cheimadió from getting a goal against them. Giannis Loizou was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Akrisios Pispinis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Akrisios Pispinis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 43rd minute Arkas Papadakos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Askanios Georgeakopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Cheimadió booed when KYPEROUNTA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haimon Stavropoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Patroklos Markopoulos made the kick off in the second half. Lynkeus Mavromichalis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd match minute, Cheimadió was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iphikles Ballios to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the match, KYPEROUNTA F.C's goalkeeper Askanios Georgeakopoulos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Glauke Valkanas. Askanios Georgeakopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michalis Angelopoulos in the 60th minute of play. Dimitris Kouropoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giannis Loizou having to interfere. Lynkeus Mavromichalis hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lynkeus Mavromichalis in the 77th minute of play forced Cheimadió's goalkeeper Giannis Loizou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giannis Loizou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daidalos Sarantopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arkas Papadakos's late challenge caught a KYPEROUNTA F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arkas Papadakos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cheimadió's Arkas Papadakos got a free kick in the 81st minute. Kyszkos Kaisaris kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Dimitris Kouropoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KYPEROUNTA F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitris Kouropoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. KYPEROUNTA F.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
