Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 8 minutes into the match, EMRE's goal looked a bit too open when Turgay Devan came free, but Raşit Pekalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, Teoman Tuğsavan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fikirtepe JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teoman Tuğsavan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Fikirtepe JK's goal looked a bit too open when Yakup Albay came free, but Feridun Erakıncı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raşit Pekalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cengiz Turgut, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When Şerif İlenç fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EMRE's protests and gave Şerif İlenç a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd match minute, EMRE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şerif İlenç to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to EMRE getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Hakkı Kenan Ongay hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Teoman Tuğsavan managed to get in a good position for a shot. After having played for 51 minutes, Yakup Albay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EMRE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yakup Albay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yakup Albay scored 2-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feridun Erakıncı, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Feridun Erakıncı was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Fikirtepe JK getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Sadri İlhanoğlu hit a great ball. EMRE's Kutlay Dirican couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 69th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fikirtepe JK. Paşa Çidam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Feridun Erakıncı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feridun Erakıncı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yakup Albay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Fikirtepe JK getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Günalp Malgır hit a great ball. In the 79th minute, Yakup Albay made a precise shot to the right of Feridun Erakıncı. Fikirtepe JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Fikirtepe JK's Feridun Erakıncı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yakup Albay in the 83rd minute of play. Turgay Devan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee ignored Fikirtepe JK's protests and gave Günalp Malgır a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The EMRE fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fikirtepe JK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
