The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Taha Zeynel during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Asgard's Taha Zeynel got a free kick in the 31st minute. Demiralp Efe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taha Zeynel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 played minutes Dalyan got a freekick which was hit by Özal Çelikoz. Demiralp Efe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taha Zeynel in the 40th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Uğur Aksoy to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Dalyan's goalkeeper Demiralp Efe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eren Fırıncı. Özal Çelikoz's late challenge caught a FC Asgard's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Özal Çelikoz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Dalyan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özal Çelikoz to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, FC Asgard's goal looked a bit too open when Özal Çelikoz came free, but Mehmet Emrah Bostan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
