The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zekai Hiçsönmez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferreirinha Gaúcho in the 3rd minute of play. Axel Björk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Zekai Hiçsönmez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferreirinha Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferreirinha Gaúcho in the 8th minute of play forced IstanBulls FC's goalkeeper Zekai Hiçsönmez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Axel Björk kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After 20 minutes, Ferreirinha Gaúcho made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. IstanBulls FC's Zekai Hiçsönmez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rebels Seth's Ferreirinha Gaúcho got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Axel Björk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zekai Hiçsönmez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Zekai Hiçsönmez came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Rebels Seth's Ferreirinha Gaúcho. But to his dismay, Ferreirinha Gaúcho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. If Ferreirinha Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Axel Björk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 36 minutes into the match, IstanBulls FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferreirinha Gaúcho came free, but Zekai Hiçsönmez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferreirinha Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zekai Hiçsönmez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferreirinha Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When Ferreirinha Gaúcho came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Rebels Seth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferreirinha Gaúcho couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute, Ferreirinha Gaúcho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rebels Seth fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hazar Taştan was the one to do the kick off. Ahmet Çağrı Peyam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in IstanBulls FC's zone, Ferreirinha Gaúcho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zekai Hiçsönmez came out of the goal and Ferreirinha Gaúcho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the match, Axel Björk dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zekai Hiçsönmez, 0-7. Ferreirinha Gaúcho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Zekai Hiçsönmez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the game, Ferreirinha Gaúcho lined in a short shot 0-8 behind a frustrated Zekai Hiçsönmez. Ferreirinha Gaúcho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zekai Hiçsönmez having to make a save. Ferreirinha Gaúcho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Zekai Hiçsönmez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 72nd minute, Fang Xuan Yang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rebels Seth fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferreirinha Gaúcho couldn't finish the play. Ferreirinha Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Rebels Seth could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than IstanBulls FC throughout the match.
