The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute of the match Martin Sarwanto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricky Piliang skillfully saved the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Bosskurr FC's Budi Chaniago slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sigit Guchi. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. The Bosskurr FC fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Bosskurr FC's Budi Chaniago looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sigit Guchi made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Awalludin Aswin sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th match minute, Talumopatu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andra Arbi to maneuver through the defense. Sigit Guchi came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Bosskurr FC's Awalludin Aswin. But to his dismay, Awalludin Aswin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. If Faizal Harun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 4-0 became the score in the 29th minute when Budi Chaniago elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Talumopatu's Sigit Guchi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Budi Chaniago in the 38th minute of play. Sigit Guchi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Awalludin Aswin in the 40th minute. If Awalludin Aswin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sigit Guchi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Budi Chaniago, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. If Kamal Jamaluddin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Haikal Haryanto made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Bosskurr FC's Budi Chaniago nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sigit Guchi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. If Micky Dewa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bosskurr FC made a substitution. Jakob Ketaren replaced Budi Chaniago. Jakob Ketaren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigit Guchi having to interfere. Bosskurr FC made a substitution. Kompos Sitorus replaced Bulsky Karo-karo. Bosskurr FC's Heri Sinulingga was substituted for Fery Bangun. Sigit Guchi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakob Ketaren in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute Jakob Ketaren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigit Guchi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bosskurr FC's Rochy Dewa got a free kick in the 88th minute. The supporters of Bosskurr FC booed when Talumopatu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andra Arbi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Talumopatu's goalkeeper Sigit Guchi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ichwan Sinulingga hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Sigit Guchi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Awalludin Aswin in the 95th minute of play.
