After 38 minutes, Dario Liher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tinoco AFC and the Tornquist FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Dario Liher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Arixo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Nereo Koldobika tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severino Estevez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Bernabel in the 45th minute of the match. Amador Umea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Koldobika having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Tinoco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Umea came free, but Nereo Koldobika reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tinoco AFC's goalkeeper Nereo Koldobika, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 70 minutes into the game, Amador Umea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Nereo Koldobika was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Elias Arixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 79 played minutes Tornquist FC got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Iraunkor. Severino Estevez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Bernal in the 82nd minute. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Amador Umea sped through Tinoco AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nereo Koldobika. Tornquist FC's Severino Estevez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Bernabel in the 90th minute of play. In the 96th minute Amador Umea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Koldobika saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tornquist FC fully deserved thier win.
