An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Claris in the 24th minute of play forced Samuhi's goalkeeper Teodosio Montez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Samuhi's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Claris came free, but Teodosio Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Desiderio Estavan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conrado Tallia was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Conrado Tallia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Desiderio Estavan's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Felipe Rumaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Melquiades Lluc made a kick off. After 55 played minutes Samuhi got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Estavan. Conrado Tallia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Rumaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Zeledon Odol hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Desiderio Estavan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conrado Tallia was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Melquiades Lluc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manzano's supporters rose to their feet, but Melquiades Lluc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodosio Montez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute, Desiderio Estavan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute, Desiderio Estavan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Yu Xiong Sha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manzano's Melquiades Lluc got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Samuhi's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
