Jairo Tercero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergio Vigil went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Constantino Txomin's late challenge caught a Sacachispas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Constantino Txomin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sacachispas FC booed when Fakas FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Txomin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sergio Vigil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Jairo Tercero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergio Vigil took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jairo Tercero. Jairo Tercero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. A sloppy throw-in by Victorino Dominic in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sacachispas FC's Ismael Bartuelo. Honorio Asur took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jairo Tercero. Fakas FC.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sergio Vigil was the one to do the kick off. Aaron Elazar hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Jorge Sidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justo Sarracino in the 54th minute of the match. Fakas FC.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Sergio Vigil scored to the left of an out of position Jairo Tercero, making the score, 1-6. In the 71st minute, Sergio Vigil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edelmiro Matia during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 72 played minutes Fakas FC. got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Matia. Honorio Asur took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jairo Tercero. Fakas FC.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sergio Vigil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jairo Tercero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Sergio Vigil succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-7 in the 77th playminute. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fakas FC.. Feliciano Llorienzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Sidro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Ramos in the 92nd minute of play forced Sacachispas FC's goalkeeper Jorge Sidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute Paulo Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Tercero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
