Spectators: 10874 (Terracing: 8156, Seating: 2501, VIP seats: 217) 5 minutes into the match, Creekers's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier Duff came free, but Bryant Miles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jermaine Richmond stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Del Giudice's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute of the match Creekers got a corner. Khachatryan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anwar Basim ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 15th minute, Piti Hidalgo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudio Del Giudice took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jermaine Richmond. Jermaine Richmond dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Del Giudice in the 24th minute of play forced Khachatryan's goalkeeper Jermaine Richmond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Merlin Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudio Del Giudice sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jermaine Richmond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Del Giudice, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Creekers's goalkeeper Bryant Miles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petros Oganesyan. 33 minutes into the match, Khachatryan's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Del Giudice came free, but Jermaine Richmond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jermaine Richmond came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Creekers's Claudio Del Giudice. But to his dismay, Claudio Del Giudice quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 38 minutes into the game, Khachatryan's Petros Oganesyan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bryant Miles made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 42 minutes in the game Armen Mkhitaryan did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Xavier Duff. Bryant Miles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sung McKinley in the 45th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Merlin Castro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Piti Hidalgo made in the 52nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Marquis Kenny however managed to control. Bryant Miles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Merlin Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Claudio Del Giudice did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Jermaine Richmond 56 minutes into the match. In the 64th match minute, Khachatryan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Danielsson to maneuver through the defense. Creekers's Ladislao Gines was substituted for Claudio Del Giudice. Hans Danielsson hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Ladislao Gines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Khachatryan's Enrico Di Lorenzo was substituted for Sung McKinley. Creekers's Özen Şahvar was substituted for Bernardo Tesone. Tigran Kirakosyan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Bryant Miles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Creekers's Tony Hare was substituted for Elijah Lambert. Jermaine Richmond made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Özen Şahvar sent off a good shot on target. Jermaine Richmond had great luck who in the 82ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Ladislao Gines from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Khachatryan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anwar Basim was slow to take the kick. During this time Creekers's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Creekers's corner Anwar Basim fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jermaine Richmond quite easily take care of the ball. When Ladislao Gines came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Creekers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Gines couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the match, Creekers's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Di Lorenzo came free, but Bryant Miles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Khachatryan booed when Creekers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özen Şahvar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Khachatryan's Jermaine Richmond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Gines in the 93rd minute of play. The Creekers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Creekers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
