Leonard Borkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Del Giudice, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th match minute, Creekers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Kerns to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Creekers's zone, Juan-Angel Ybarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bryant Miles came out of the goal and Juan-Angel Ybarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the match, Creekers's Claudio Del Giudice sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonard Borkowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Creekers's Bryant Miles got control of the ball when Marco Revenga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Creekers's Xavier Salazar was substituted for Evan Cohen. 78 minutes into the match, Claudio Del Giudice had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonard Borkowski.
