Aurel Soneriu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rod West's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Aurel Soneriu made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Nicholas Mata sent off a good shot on target. Aurel Soneriu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rod West in the 11th minute of play. Rod West scored 2-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurel Soneriu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lyle Christie during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes Nomads Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Lyle Christie. After a rather tough play, Nomads Football Club's Tommie Cangiano got a free kick in the 21st minute. After 23 minutes, Laurențiu Enășoiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Romos FC and the Nomads Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 23 played minutes Romos FC got a freekick which was hit by Laurențiu Enășoiu. Romos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Nicholas Mata scored to the left of an out of position Aurel Soneriu, making the score, 3-0. In the 31st minute Quincy Bynum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurel Soneriu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Grigore Dridu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurel Soneriu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Romos FC booed when Nomads Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicholas Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Basarab Cârțan hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Rod West recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rod West in the 54th minute of play forced Romos FC's goalkeeper Aurel Soneriu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Nomads Football Club getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Nicholas Mata hit a great ball. Anthony Barnes kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Fabian Porumboiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Ron Frederick made a huge save. In the 64th minute Rod West shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurel Soneriu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lyle Christie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 80th minute, Ivan Iovulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurel Soneriu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rod West went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Quincy Bynum scored 10-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurel Soneriu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 92nd minute, Rod West left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nomads Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Nomads Football Club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
