After a defensive mix-up in Ninguém Dorme F.C's zone, Anselmo Fantini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toninho Mangueira came out of the goal and Anselmo Fantini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anselmo Fantini's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Toninho Mangueira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Júlio Novaes hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Toninho Mangueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Fantini, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Toninho Mangueira was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Luiz Fernando Pires capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luiz Fernando Pires really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 27th play minute Anselmo Fantini came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Toninho Mangueira. 2-0. Luiz Fernando Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho Mangueira having to interfere. Anselmo Fantini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Lucas Félix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anselmo Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dráuzio Carioca charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dráuzio Carioca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ninguém Dorme F.C's Dráuzio Carioca got a free kick in the 40th minute. Betinho Vargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho Mangueira having to interfere. Anselmo Fantini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Toninho Mangueira made a huge save. 46 minutes into the match, Ninguém Dorme F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fernando Pires came free, but Toninho Mangueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Fernando Pires stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enrique Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráuzio Carioca in the 51st minute of play. Ninguém Dorme F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anselmo Fantini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The 100 freios fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when 100 freios's Anselmo Fantini looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 73rd minute, Júlio Novaes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79thth minute of the game Anselmo Fantini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ninguém Dorme F.C's Toninho Mangueira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 81 minutes into the game, 100 freios's Anselmo Fantini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toninho Mangueira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guto Luz during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to 100 freios getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Guto Luz hit a great ball. Toninho Mangueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fernando Pires in the 86th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Luiz Fernando Pires managed to get in a good position for a shot. 100 freios's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Fernando Pires was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toninho Mangueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th match minute, Ninguém Dorme F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Travassos to maneuver through the defense. Anselmo Fantini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Toninho Mangueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute Luiz Fernando Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toninho Mangueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
