César Damião ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcelinho Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling César Damião in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Víktor Cardozo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonel Esteves struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Víktor Cardozo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sport Club. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. Holy Swan's goalkeeper Víktor Cardozo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Simão Fernandez to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Sport Club's Leonel Esteves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sport Club fully deserved thier win.
