When Ubaldo Innocenzio fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hossana F.C's protests and gave Ubaldo Innocenzio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, Hossana F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Innocenzio to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute, Gervasio Cresconio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Marciano Bastian, passed just outside the right post. Alejandro Dodorol struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Marciano Bastian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CUBA FENIX FC®. 12 minutes into the match, Gervasio Cresconio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marciano Bastian. Hossana F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gervasio Cresconio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 16th minute, CUBA FENIX FC®'s Alejandro Dodorol ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marciano Bastian. Marciano Bastian yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Emiliano Isias kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marciano Bastian. That made the score 3-0 in the 21 minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match CUBA FENIX FC® got a corner. Hossana F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alejandro Dodorol ran over to the corner to take the kick. Melchor Cordero hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Gervasio Cresconio put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marciano Bastian. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Gervasio Cresconio took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Marciano Bastian to make any attempt to save it. Alejandro Dodorol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Marciano Bastian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 39 minutes, Baldomiro Fe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hossana F.C and the CUBA FENIX FC® players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Hossana F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CUBA FENIX FC®:s goal. Alejandro Dodorol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Marciano Bastian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Dodorol got free with Marciano Bastian in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvano Pello to make the kick off. When Emiliano Isias came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the CUBA FENIX FC® fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emiliano Isias couldn't finish the play. Guaberto Gartxot might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marciano Bastian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guaberto Gartxot ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 59th minute, Gerardo Adrio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marciano Bastian was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 62 minutes into the match, Gervasio Cresconio notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Hossana F.C's Marciano Bastian. Marciano Bastian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hossana F.C's goalkeeper Marciano Bastian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Hossana F.C defense, Emiliano Isias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marciano Bastian. The Hossana F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marciano Bastian should have stopped the shot. 75 minutes into the game, CUBA FENIX FC®'s Emiliano Isias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marciano Bastian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. If Alejandro Dodorol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emiliano Isias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Walt Samuel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marciano Bastian was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. Emiliano Isias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jaime Dino came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the CUBA FENIX FC® fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Dino couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute, Emiliano Isias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CUBA FENIX FC® fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. If Gervasio Cresconio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96thth minute of the game Alejandro Dodorol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hossana F.C's Marciano Bastian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the CUBA FENIX FC® players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
