Delmiro Thomas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genaro Orland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmiro Thomas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Luken, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 31st minute, Lázaro Porfiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niceto Ceandro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Lázaro Porfiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niceto Ceandro having to make a save. 37 minutes into the match, Serafin Panfilo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Delmiro Thomas. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
After having played for 52 minutes, Genaro Orland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tinogasta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Orland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Delmiro Thomas made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Genaro Orland sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 55 minutes, Bruno Luken managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lázaro Porfiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tinogasta FC's goalkeeper Niceto Ceandro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, La pelota no se mancha FC's goalkeeper Delmiro Thomas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genaro Orland. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by La pelota no se mancha FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. After a rather tough play, La pelota no se mancha FC's Inautzi Quesada got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Niceto Ceandro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Porfiro in the 95th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the La pelota no se mancha FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
