Silverio Berart might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niceto Ceandro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silverio Berart ran back to his position shaking his head. Silverio Berart took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niceto Ceandro. Niceto Ceandro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Niceto Ceandro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silverio Berart's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafin Panfilo got free with Romulo Bihar in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Silverio Berart's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niceto Ceandro was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Tinogasta FC defense, Silverio Berart kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niceto Ceandro. The Tinogasta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niceto Ceandro should have stopped the shot. Michal Burufski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Niceto Ceandro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silverio Berart made a kick off. Fecha Libre were furious when Ambrosio Eriz was red carded, 56 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Tinogasta FC booed when Fecha Libre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Eriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silverio Berart in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niceto Ceandro saved Tinogasta FC from getting behind. But to his dismay, Leandro Lorien quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-12. Fecha Libre played a much better game than Tinogasta FC and deserved their victory. The Tinogasta FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
