The Yutuyaco AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orlando Alonso should have stopped the shot. Justino Sazon hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Prospero Ascencio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Romulo Bihar came out and tried to block the shot, but Prospero Ascencio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 30th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silverio Berart was the one to do the kick off. When the final whistle sounded Fecha Libre left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Yutuyaco AFC.
