In the 3rd minute Vyacheslav Semeiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Quinito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th match minute, Club Atlético Protan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Barrionuevo to maneuver through the defense. Frank van Zelst made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Zacarias Aureo sent off a good shot on target. Leonel Haitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Romulo Quinito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonel Haitz took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romulo Quinito. Romulo Quinito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Frank van Zelst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Tibalt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aquilino Tibalt was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 17 minutes into the match. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for pelasur! In the 19th minute there was a penalty for Club Atlético Protan. Guaberto Cordearo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Romulo Quinito. 0-2. pelasur's Romulo Quinito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vyacheslav Semeiko in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 played minutes pelasur got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Meder. Fabio Olayo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Matheus Madureira kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Frank van Zelst was a little too slow when Ahmet Efe Soyurgal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 1-2. 37 minutes into the game, Fabio Olayo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Frank van Zelst was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41st minute, Vyacheslav Semeiko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romulo Quinito was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a little luck, pelasur's Romulo Quinito got control of the ball when Vyacheslav Semeiko tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vyacheslav Semeiko got free with Romulo Quinito in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of pelasur booed when Club Atlético Protan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Barrionuevo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 58 played minutes Club Atlético Protan got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Barrionuevo. Bonifacio Meder hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Haitz in the 61st minute of play forced pelasur's goalkeeper Romulo Quinito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Ma Feng Yu made a precise shot to the right of Romulo Quinito. pelasur's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. pelasur made a substitution. Cesar Neto replaced Antonio Cristofor. Frank van Zelst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Aureo in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, pelasur's Urbano Tercero got a free kick in the 76th minute. pelasur made a substitution. Casimiro Bizen replaced Ahmet Efe Soyurgal. A collision led to pelasur getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Urbano Tercero hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the game, Casimiro Bizen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. pelasur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Protan the free kick. But to his dismay, Vyacheslav Semeiko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-6. Romulo Quinito made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Vyacheslav Semeiko sent off a good shot on target. Club Atlético Protan's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
