Ulryk Gejda kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Perła Team Toruń's goalkeeper Wojciech Piatek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boruc Chuchro. Mikówka's Zula Banaszak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Wyrostek in the 16th minute of play. Witomir Dylla scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zula Banaszak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Herbert Wiater received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Wojciech Piatek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Witomir Dylla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute Arkadiusz Wyrostek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zula Banaszak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Jurand Szkaradek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Perła Team Toruń's Wojciech Piatek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Perła Team Toruń from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Wyrostek in the 40th minute of play forced Mikówka's goalkeeper Zula Banaszak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arkadiusz Wyrostek struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Zula Banaszak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perła Team Toruń. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herbert Wiater to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arkadiusz Wyrostek in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zula Banaszak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 56 minutes, Jurand Szkaradek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perła Team Toruń and the Mikówka players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wojciech Piatek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boruc Chuchro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Perła Team Toruń's goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Chuchro came free, but Wojciech Piatek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, Witomir Dylla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Zula Banaszak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Ulryk Gejda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zula Banaszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arkadiusz Wyrostek in the 76th minute of play. When Perła Team Toruń's Arkadiusz Wyrostek in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Boruc Chuchro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Mikówka's zone, Arkadiusz Wyrostek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zula Banaszak came out of the goal and Arkadiusz Wyrostek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
