To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Plewno booed when Mikołów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 57th minute, Marian Pracki had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 57 minutes into the game, Franciszek Jarmulowicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mikołów's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Plewno the free kick. Mikołów's Milosz Blochowiak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Mikołów from getting a goal against them. For all the effort they put into the match, the Plewno players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mikołów.
