But to his dismay, Louis Neely quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Michael Ginsberg scored 0-4 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bryce Brewster, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bryce Brewster didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michael Ginsberg went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Bryce Brewster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iosif Tigris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Aurelio Dow in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Indianapolis's Duane Mullins. In the 27th match minute, Stowe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Hatcher to maneuver through the defense. When Michael Ginsberg came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Stowe FC fans jumped to their feet. Bryce Brewster was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ronny Butcher to strike the kick off in the second half. Michael Ginsberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Bryce Brewster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Indianapolis defense, Godofredo Hori kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bryce Brewster. The Indianapolis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bryce Brewster should have stopped the shot. Indianapolis's Bryce Brewster proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Indianapolis from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Louis Neely got free with Bryce Brewster in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute Eldon Hendricks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryce Brewster saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Iosif Tigris took a quick shot and it went in 0-12 without a chance for Bryce Brewster to make any attempt to save it. Stowe FC made a substitution. Mohammed Dwyer replaced Aurelio Dow. In the 94th minute, Leif Kraft hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bryce Brewster was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Teodoro Fuller.
