When Manolo Madariaga fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nieciece's protests and gave Manolo Madariaga a yellow card for diving instead. With an all-out effort, MKS Mazur Ełk's Patryk Mierzwa threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Segundo Bastiaro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Gytkjær couldn't finish the play. Alfred Ramzinski kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Emilio Felipe Mercadillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patryk Mierzwa having to make a save. Christian Gytkjær received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute.
