The referee ignored Śląsk Bytom's protests and gave Wasyl Pilarczyk a yellow card for diving instead. After 2 played minutes Śląsk Bytom got a freekick which was hit by Wasyl Pilarczyk. In the 5th minute Johannes Grelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Cebula saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Śląsk Bytom booed when Stockholm IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Greger Nilsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Magnus Vacker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Stockholm IF's Jonas Skoglund got a free kick in the 12th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Antoni Niedziela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Śląsk Bytom's supporters rose to their feet, but Antoni Niedziela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After 65 minutes, Magnus Vacker mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stockholm IF and the Śląsk Bytom players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stefan Serwach in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Torbjörn Bratt saved Stockholm IF from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Bialakowski in the 94th minute of play forced Stockholm IF's goalkeeper Torbjörn Bratt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torbjörn Bratt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Serwach in the 96th minute of the match. Torbjörn Bratt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Serwach, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. After 98 minutes of play, Śląsk Bytom's Florian Bialakowski made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
