A collision led to U21 Austria getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Erik Veit hit a great ball. Genaro Rufo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Björn Vanek made a huge save. Björn Vanek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Rufo in the 61st minute of the match. Ole Vollmari hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. U21 Argentina's Albino Corderro was substituted for Niceto Jerico. U21 Argentina's Leonides Valerio was substituted for Clemente Valdivieso. Graham Sharp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
