Jurand Rasiak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. U21 Poland's Kazimierz Mios was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 12th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After some careless play in the U21 Hungary defense, Kazimierz Mios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Péter Gulácsi. The U21 Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Péter Gulácsi should have stopped the shot. After 18 played minutes U21 Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Mátyás Kis. 25 minutes into the match, U21 Poland's goal looked a bit too open when Mátyás Kis came free, but Jurand Rasiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. U21 Hungary's Péter Gulácsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wlodzimierz Debkowski in the 28th minute of play. Jurand Rasiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Endre Pucheli in the 29th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, U21 Poland's Kazimierz Mios ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Péter Gulácsi. Péter Gulácsi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Jurand Rasiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lajos Détári in the 38th minute of play. Péter Gulácsi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulryk Barowicz in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

U21 Poland made a substitution. Ludomir Dziedelonis replaced Wlodzimierz Debkowski. U21 Poland's Gustaw Tamulewicz was substituted for Konstanty Kaczanka. A hard shot 59 in the game by Lajos Détári from a close distance when the talented Jurand Rasiak managed to make a qualified save. U21 Poland's players were relieved. U21 Hungary's Lajos Détári got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jurand Rasiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Péter Lendvay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Levente László got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jurand Rasiak quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 85 played minutes U21 Poland got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Morata. U21 Poland's Jurand Rasiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Levente László in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Wawrzyniec Piechna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. U21 Poland's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
