Nexhat Laçka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mantvydas Jakniūnas in the 12th minute of the match. When U21 Albania's Nafiz Xoxe in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 23rd minute, Kylian Mbappè made a precise shot to the right of Nexhat Laçka. U21 Albania's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After some careless play in the U21 Albania defense, Vydas Dalangauskas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nexhat Laçka. The U21 Albania fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nexhat Laçka should have stopped the shot. After 30 minutes, Drąsutis Narauskas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U21 Lithuania and the U21 Albania players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jokūbas Dovydauskas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Nexhat Laçka made a huge save. With a little luck, U21 Albania's Nexhat Laçka got control of the ball when Jokūbas Dovydauskas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nexhat Laçka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aldas Sabas in the 36th minute. Rami Korça hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Nexhat Laçka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mantvydas Jakniūnas in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Mantvydas Jakniūnas made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Mantvydas Jakniūnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nexhat Laçka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The U21 Lithuania fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Motiejus Kančelskis should have stopped the shot. Mantvydas Jakniūnas scored 5-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nexhat Laçka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 66 minutes into the game, Mantvydas Jakniūnas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Nexhat Laçka was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nexhat Laçka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldas Danilevičius in the 70th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kylian Mbappè in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nexhat Laçka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nexhat Laçka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mantvydas Jakniūnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to U21 Lithuania getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Jokūbas Dovydauskas hit a great ball. U21 Lithuania's Petras Perdikas was substituted for Aldas Sabas. U21 Lithuania made a substitution. Marijonas Žigelis replaced Sigitas Tamošauskas. U21 Lithuania's Karamoko Printz was substituted for Mantvydas Jakniūnas. In the 81st minute, Jokūbas Dovydauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute, U21 Albania's Nafiz Xoxe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Motiejus Kančelskis. Motiejus Kančelskis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-2. U21 Albania's Nexhat Laçka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kylian Mbappè in the 92nd minute of play. U21 Albania's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
