In the 18th match minute, MZ Country was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yazid Amara to maneuver through the defense. Madjid Saadane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shoshita Pilievi in the 20th minute of play. After 23 minutes MZ Country's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nasreddine Djamel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 77th minute Tahar Toumi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torgva Robakidze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Tahar Toumi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torgva Robakidze. Georgia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tahar Toumi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Tahar Toumi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torgva Robakidze read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. MZ Country's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chadli Djamel in the 87th minute. After taking down the ball on MZ Country's corner Chadli Djamel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Torgva Robakidze quite easily take care of the ball. In the 91st minute of the match, Valiko Goraniskov got a very nice opportunity to score, but Madjid Saadane was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Georgia's goalkeeper Torgva Robakidze, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Georgia defense, Tahar Toumi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torgva Robakidze. The Georgia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torgva Robakidze should have stopped the shot. Georgia's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because MZ Country had won, even though Georgia had held more of the ball.
