Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugo Zmilusēvičs to make the kick off. The Norway fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Espen Nese blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matīss Našenieks having to make a save.
