Head to head

I decide I'll give it a go....someone challenges me to a match ...I accept...I submit my tactics,,,they dont....I sit there for half an hour and nothing happens...presumably this non event still costs me power tokens or whatever the rip off is - I cant cancel it and it doesnt either submit a default tactic for them or cal of the game and refund me...it should.I decide I'll give it a go....someone challenges me to a match ...I accept...I submit my tactics,,,they dont....I sit there for half an hour and nothing happens...presumably this non event still costs me power tokens or whatever the rip off is - I cant cancel it and it doesnt either submit a default tactic for them or cal of the game and refund me...it should.
