What matters???

OK - I am playing 4 years already and 2010 was little confusing, but 2011 is already totally shit. Who the hell from the staff can tell me what counts in this game now. As far as I can see it is RANDOM all the time. The experience does not matter anymore. The form is also totally useless. So what the hell is important to make a good winning team.
