OK - I am playing 4 years already and 2010 was little confusing, but 2011 is already totally shit.
Who the hell from the staff can tell me what counts in this game now. As far as I can see it is RANDOM all the time.
The experience does not matter anymore. The form is also totally useless. So what the hell is important to make a good winning team.
If someone from the game makers knows what is important, please answer.

We are in a game about management where we know nothing or almost nothing about the object we manage - the players. We just deduce some things, etc., but technically, no one knows anything. And I've been here for over 20 years.

based on that there is some managers who can win over and over again it is not total random. if you wanna progress i suggest you either do BIG sample tests of theories yourself or try to understand what the already winning managers do.
My top 3 things that i value is Form, EXP and MANY total attributes balls. that seems to make the team more stable then have players with amazing top attributes.

The truth is that everything matters. You need the right combination of everything. Individual skills as well as overall skill value of the whole team. Experience but not only old men. Skills as well as tactics. One skill, but also the others.
And whatever emphasis one team has, it can be beaten by another set of combinations. You need to constantly analyse and react.
The crew cannot tell about two or three vital skills that matter most, because it wouldn't be true.
The combination of so many factors distribute a certain depth to this game that make it pretty demanding. There's no system that works for everything.

I can only agree. The game is bad and the staff who is in charge,is only looking to cash in the money. Its sad becuse the game have potential to grow and become the best tactic game in the world. But now its live only becuse there are nothing to play instead.

I couldn't agree more. Like real life, everything you have to manager in our historical era need to be managed with the idea of contingency administration.

The fact that Andorra defeated Sweden in the world cup with a broken tactic shows you that nothing matters. To say that "everything matters" is the same as nothing matters.
The sim has been broken for more than a decade.
