Penalty [game]

So I was thinking to my self, about local laws and it came to me, what punishment would fit the crime, sooo, it will be like any other game, Someone says a crime, then the person under has to state a penalty or punishment, be it fines or decapitation, and then another crime. I shalt be the first to beginith, Smuggling 1 kilo of Columbian Bam Bam in to the country ( for those hard of thinking, tis Cocaine) Don't ask why I am speakeath in ol'english, tis simply because I was hit by lighting.So I was thinking to my self, about local laws and it came to me, what punishment would fit the crime, sooo, it will be like any other game,

Seems like a major waste of cash to me. But that's Americans for you ;) Penalty: A banning from all wonders of the world until such times that you can be trusted not to litter.
