One U-18 World Cup.
The challenge has already been created. (Watch CUPS):
U-18 Champions League - World Cup
Accept the invitation to be the best in the world and even elevate the name of your federation to the top of the world.

The FLF (Federação Lusa de Futebol) is promoting a World Tournament with all Federations who are interested in participating.
The first eight federations to sign up will be selected .
Each federation will indicate 16 teams .
The Tournament will be played in the format of Friendly League . We will have 8 groups of 16 teams . The first four teams will pass to the next level with 32 teams .
These 32 teams will be divided into two groups of 16 teams each .
Finally the best eight teams of each group will join in the last group with 16 teams..
All games are played in two rounds .
The Federations should indicate their interest in participating in the FLF Forum ( Portugal ) .
After that each Federation will indicate which teams representing it .
