I see the new simulator still doesn't offer 3D for Mac. When will this be addressed as this impairs my full enjoyment of the game.
Any other Mac users out there feel the same?

Certainly at the last count, I believe the percentage of Mac users was such that it wasn't financially viable to implement a 3D for the Mac, just not enough demand.
Until there is or company policy changes, I suggest using a Windows emulator...

if they could make 3D for X window it could work on both Mac and Linux.

Java is supposed to be cross platform - it should be Apple's or Java's problem to fix.

Well, I have a Mac too and I used to be a big payer (you read it well...payer, not player) in this game when I had a PC.
I do not pay that much anymore cause without 3d it's not much fun...
Also: I WILL NEVER INSTALL ANYTHING which has to do with microsoft on my Mac so no emulator stuff and so.
I guess it is also MZ's problem: you will miss potential users if the problems will not be solved. and even if it is Apple's/Java's problem: MZ could address it to them!!

I`m a *nix user myself (Arch Linux, to be precise), and have been trying to run 3-d on Linux for a long long time... Got working hockey 3-d under wine (up to wine 1.17, after that it doesn`t work), but no luck with the football... Also, it`s not possible to watch 3-d on any Virtual Machine (haven`t tried Parallels and VMware Fusion though, so not sure about them, but i`ve tried on VirtualBox, Virtual PC and VMware Workstation 6.5.2), because video acceleration on Virtual Machines sucks :(
@tosspot - a year or so ago i read that one of the Crew members wrote that they need to add some Linux-related libraries (or something like that), so i don`t think that it should be a big problem, it`s just that MZ doesn`t want to invest some more money into the 3-d thing, because the majority of users use Windows, and since the main income comes from them, they don`t see the point in it.

Well, Crew might be surprised at just how many MAC users are out there and how much its growing... It might be worth a second look.

I'd be happy if the menus and the bid button worked with the iPhone. This is a coding issue. I'd highly suggest not programming for a specific platform but according to web standards. Then 3D would work.

I recently started using a mac and have found my attention to the game has decreased since i haven't been able to watch the 3-d simulations. i'm not at all up on computers but it seems to me that there could be an applet program designed in linux that can be open source and available to mac and linux users?
i wonder how this would interfere with power challenge however, who i am told manage the simluation rights. even using older, stable simulation versions to start would be encouraging..

Maybe CREW could do a poll to see how many MAC users are currently in Manager Zone and then determine if a MAC 3D version is viable.

I also 'only' use Macs at home and work , lots of Macs , user since those little small gray boxes in black and whit screens
Unfortunately there are no plans whatsoever that I'm aware of upgrading MZ to be able to watch 3D in Macs. ...We were able for a while but the latest 3D upgrade was not done with Macs in mind.....It is a true shame.
The current Apple share of the computer market is only 10% and that is the reason.
