Extra play intelligence slots on the training field

Hi , I have noticed for many seasons now that I always have a serious backlog of young players waiting to progress in play intelligence on the training field, this skill seems to be particularly slow in young players, and if you already have five players on the training field, and they are developing to 8 plus skill balls , the waiting list and backlog of young players just keeps growing, and I believe that it is hindering the development of every team, and the game as a whole, so my suggestion is, to allow for another area on the training field, to allow for another five players to train in this discipline , it would allow younger players to develop earlier and increase interest at U21/U23 level, it would also give a major boost to the transfer market..I think this area of training is running too slow and stagnant at the moment, and an improvement could give the game an overall boost .. Thank You..Hi , I have noticed for many seasons now that I always have a serious backlog of young players waiting to progress in play intelligence on the training field, this skill seems to be particularly slow in young players, and if you already have five players on the training field, and they are developing to 8 plus skill balls , the waiting list and backlog of young players just keeps growing, and I believe that it is hindering the development of every team, and the game as a whole, so my suggestion is, to allow for another area on the training field, to allow for another five players to train in this discipline , it would allow younger players to develop earlier and increase interest at U21/U23 level, it would also give a major boost to the transfer market..I think this area of training is running too slow and stagnant at the moment, and an improvement could give the game an overall boost ..
