Superscout chip for juniors

Imagine this: You could win a chip that makes it possible to call a junior's full potential in advance when deciding whether to bring the player in or not? Could be as a reward in like the challenge event that comes around 3-4/year. There could be 1-3 of these per edition that you could choose as a prize. Considering how many juniors you call, it won't be a big deal. I suggested that this full potential is only visible to the parent (orgin) club or the one who owns the player only. The rest only see HP/LP "as usual" in the transfer...
