Concern Regarding Spy Match Accuracy and Feedback Communication

Dear Support/Crew Team, I would like to raise a concern regarding the Spy Match feature in the game. In several cases, this feature produces results that differ significantly from the actual matches — sometimes in decisive games. For example, a Spy Match might end with a 5–0 result, while the real match later finishes 2–2. This level of discrepancy feels unreasonable, especially for a paid feature. I believe the Spy Match system could be improved to provide more realistic and reliable outcomes. Additionally, there seems to be an issue with the feedback communication process. I have sent several messages via email, but it appears that feedback addressed to the Crew does not reach the relevant team. Instead, the emails are closed with a suggestion to post on the forum. If email feedback is not reviewed by the appropriate staff, it raises the question of why this option is offered at all. As this concerns a paid feature, I think it would be important for the team to review how Spy Matches function and to ensure that user feedback is properly received and considered. When I use spy matches, I rarely look at the result. As in real life, if two teams play ten times against each other, the result will always be different (unless there's a big difference in quality between the teams). Although, I also don't agree at the "randomness" of the match engine of the game. What you should look at, is watch the games in 2D and analyze the tactics, the behaviors of the players and look to exploit the weaknesses of the opponent.When I use spy matches, I rarely look at the result.
