Unreal Spy matches :-(

Dear Crew, Developers, Last season, in the semi-finals of the Hungarian U23 National Cup, I played a spy match and then lost with the same lineup. Before today's championship match, I won 5-0 in a spy match. The opponent is out of form. It was a close 2-2 in the championship. Last season, I lost 5-3 against FC Galaxy at the end of the season with a youth player due to a defender being sent off. I won 7 out of 10 times in spy matches. I would like to point out that spy matches in this format make no sense. If I pay money, then there can be no other results in this ratio. I feel cheated at the moment. If you lose 1 spy match out of 10, then you can lose. Even if you lose 1 out of 100, or 0. Theses matches don't offer security. That would be too good.If you lose 1 spy match out of 10, then you can lose. Even if you lose 1 out of 100, or 0.

The problem with Spy Match isn’t that it’s different — it’s how extremely different it often is. A 5–0 Spy Match followed by a 2–2 real result is far too much. That’s not just a small error, it’s excessive — especially for a paid feature. Also, email feedback never reaches the Crew; it just gets closed with “post on the forum.” These issues really need attention.The problem with Spy Match isn’t that it’s different — it’s how extremely different it often is. Unfortunately, I see that truly. :-( They don't even pay attention to my posts. Not even when I write an email on another topic. I can say that it is a series that the spy game is 2-1 in the championship again, and after 15 minutes in the championship it is 0-3 and a red card. Finally 1-6. Unfortunately, I cannot write the words because of the forum rules. I can write that I paid money for this. "Thanks" crew. "Thanks" that no one is dealing with this. I'm talking about the measure. I don't know how many times I have to write it down for someone to understand.

What's the point of this? I understand that not every spy match brings the same result, but why is the variance so high? And why am I being punished at such a high rate?What's the point of this? I pay for this game, and my last two league matches were both straightforward losses. In the previous one, the match preview/scout predicted a 5–1 win for me, yet I ended up losing 2–1 despite having a 17–9 advantage in chances. That’s a huge difference. Then in my next match, I lost 5–2 as well. I had around 25 scoring chances, while my opponent had about 14 and still scored 5 goals. It’s hard not to feel like this is deliberate frustration or manipulation. As long as I keep playing, I’ll keep documenting these cases here. Maybe one day someone will actually look into it — especially considering that I pay for the biggest packages available. Over the past six months, this has happened in at least 10–15 matches. These are the kinds of results that knock me out of cups and ruin my league performance. Interestingly, I hardly ever see the opposite happening in my favor. The support crew doesn’t deal with my concerns over email, and here I’m ignored as well.
