Exclamation mark behind bid

Badge image
On the TM there is sometimes an exclamation mark behind a high bid. But sometimes it's not. I found this especially on auctions with 19 year olds. One player has a bid of over a million, receiving a bang, others with a similar bid doesn't. What does it mean?

It means that the transfer is going to be checked by the GAs because the selling price is too high. But if they don't find anything suspicious, the transfer goes through.

And some players hold an exclamation mark while others don't because what triggers it is some calculation based on the player value or salary.
