Exclamation mark behind bid

On the TM there is sometimes an exclamation mark behind a high bid. But sometimes it's not. I found this especially on auctions with 19 year olds. One player has a bid of over a million, receiving a bang, others with a similar bid doesn't. What does it mean?On the TM there is sometimes an exclamation mark behind a high bid. It means that the transfer is going to be checked by the GAs because the selling price is too high.
