Does anybody know why this site no longer works and if it no longer works does anybody know of a site that shows your best players for different formations.

Veterans may remember how player skills were shared using a nifty service called MZ Player. A manager could generate an overview of a selected group of players, which is handy for a variety of reasons. The user behind this service was the Swedish manager oxi and the service was immensely popular, for very good reasons. It was discontinued a while back but we never forgot about it. In fact, we have just released an internal version of the same feature, which we call Snapshots.

Hi,
I have used oxi until fairly recently. Are you saying that there now isn't a tool for showing managers which players are better in which position depending on the formations that you pick?

THIS.
I've been trying to use Oxi and am having the same issue; it's rather frustrating because it's such a great little tool to use for formations and tactics.
So glad it's not just me!

Would be great if there was a way to fix oxi. I suppose this is down to the person who invented the tool.

Why not create somekind of excel yourself? I did mine and use them to select and pick players into my team, and comes real handy for national team! And when you do it yourself you also understand how it works! Which means you know how it determines players for positions which means you can simply manipulate with calculations or give it real depth into it, to determine the best tactical outcome for selection of players etc.

That's a great idea. I do keep a spreadsheet of all of my players with their stats by using MZManager, so I know which positions each of my players is best at. I just liked Oxi as it outlined the best players for each position depending on the formation that you pick. I can do this myself. After all that's all part of being a manager :)
Thank you for your help and enjoy the rest of your season.

How do you go about doing this? I'd be interested in figuring out a spreadsheet but have no clue on how to start!
