How to stop 523 wing play formation

Literally half the people play this formation run down the wing cross ball and head it into the goal. How do you somewhat counter this just annoying losing 7_0 9_0 will just basically run down wing cross the ball and score its ridiculous.Literally half the people play this formation run down the wing cross ball and head it into the goal.
