I am trying to be competitive for U21 leagues. With that in mind:
What's the best way to use the efficiency chip? Do you suggest giving my 16-17 year old youths the efficiency chip when on training camp to gain new skills faster, in hopes that they become competitive faster (and they would be domestic, which is a plus) or is it more clever to use them to train 19 year olds (which I've bought) so that by the time they are 21, they'll be as near elite as possible.
