Can someone explain to me why managers are given the option to hide the training graphs and scout reports when putting players on the transfer list? This can only be used in a bad way when people want to favor "friendly" teams that are aware of the player's attributes and can bid accordingly while others do not know what's hiding behind.
I really don't understand what purpose this feature/option serves.

I agree.

I belgium we have a user who we are almost certain is cheating this way.

Personally, I think options like hiding the chart should be a CM only thing. Non-paying users then automatically share the graphs. This immediately rules out the possibility that you can secretly transfer talented players to your club.

I also think that players should always be visible at other clubs.

It's an advantage rather than a disadvantage against opponents to hide your players so I think it should be an option for CMs.
