One of the more frustrating things in this game is spamming and especially of leqgue noticeboards and guestbooks. Crew limited the guestbook spamming a few years ago but fail to take real action against repeat offenders who disregard this anyhow.

What I ask is can you simply implement that users outside of the country of origin aren't able to post in foreign league noticeboards at all. They have absolutely no reason to besides spamming. Why would someone from another country need to post in a league noticeboard from another country? Fixes the local noticeboards at least but a better solve would be to just completely ban player posts in league noticeboards altogether. If you can do it to guestbooks you can do it to league noticeboards. Onky negative is it might actually require someone to actually do some work and monitor this and uphold the rules that will benefit all the paying users.

The other part of the problem is people then just spam you through instant message but at least you can block those users

I made this same suggestion multiple times, my suggestion was more strict as IMO posting on a league board should be limited to people participating from that league.

Btw, player posts on league noticeboards are banned already but the way it works is that only GAs can take measures ... another suggestion I made multiple times is to allow FAs to moderate league boards too so at least you have more people that can help.

Additionally, I'd say that punishment needs to be stronger, 1st infraction just inform the user that it's not allowed and educate him about what will happen if he do it again, 2nd infraction $500K fine + 1 month communication ban, 3rd infraction $1M fine + 3 month communication ban.

It might sound too harsh but it isn't, 1st time you just get a warning and are made aware of the rules + the punishment if you do it again, so if you choose to ignore the warning then it's your problem.
