Form guidelines

Hi Everyone, back after 9-years and trying to remember the complicated form guidelines. Tried to read the manual but it is incomplete: - How many minimum games does a player need to play per week to maintain form? I remember it was six but the manual does not specify. All games count towards this minimum requirement, correct? - How many maximum games can a player play before losing form? I remember it was six as well, but only League and Friendlies count, correct? - When is the exact cutoff time for the "week" to restart? That is it for now. Game week stars from tuesdays and for updates and resets then. First 2 league games counts towards The form and no More than 4 friendlies should Be played. I play 3 to 4 friendlies with My players. Players can play More than 2 league games but only 2 of them are counted towards form. Cup and rest of the games can Be played freely. So only thing you need to Make sure is not to overplay your players through friendlies.Game week stars from tuesdays and for updates and resets then.

Players can play More than 2 league games but only 2 of them are counted towards form.

Cup and rest of the games can Be played freely.

So only thing you need to Make sure is not to overplay your players through friendlies.
