(Youth players) Is youth league required to maximize development

Hi, So my team consists of only u16 players, and I plan to use them in the senior league. Is that enough in order to maximize the development of these players? Or do I have to play them in both senior and youth league to maximize the development?Hi,

You don't need to play youth league if you don't want to. But make sure they play some friendlies in order to maximize experience gains.You don't need to play youth league if you don't want to. But make sure they play some friendlies in order to maximize experience gains.
