confused about team form

Badge image
this seems to not make sense. ok, what i have to do to keep team form up constantly?? on green. from my experience ,obviously its not only about the form balls of the players. ive have consecutive weeks with the form balls average increasing for youths because the adults already had 9; i wasnt doing player transfers; and on the contrary.. the ARROW was going down. So how to keep it up? because they say if its on yellow (for example) then the team doesnt play at full potential

Every player should play 4 friendlies and 2 league games per week and you will maintain 9 plus form for all players

i know this. but team form (arrow) is not directly and strictly related to this. you may have 9 form to all players but down red TEAM form

all FL,cups,FC and more can affect to form as +.. if your players play a lot of FL they dont need 4 friendly game.. it will still be minimum 9

this ”team form” thing is like taboo. rarely talks about it and no one really knows how it works and by what it is influenced. So i have a straight yellow arrow, what should i do to keep it on green ? what exactly ?

Raise your teams form. It has 0 affect on gameplay. Go to statistics page and you can see graph on your teams form and all.. when new youths came in it dropped from 9.5 to 9.0 and now it has Been last 3 weeks at 9.4 and im on yellow as i should be.

Hello good afternoon I leave some tips to keep in mind about the physical condition (FS)

I hope you understand the translation.

PHYSICAL STATUS

- If a player is on the bench and does not play in the game, is he still counted for the Physical Status (FS)?
Yes, being on the bench is similar to being on the field (even if he does not play a minute), so they will still earn FS.

- How many games should I play per week so that a player does not get tired?
You can play as many matches as you want, but without exceeding the limit of 6 matches between Official League and Friendly matches.

- Which and how do the matches influence the FS?
The official league matches (senior, u18, u21, u23, u18 world league, senior world league) and friendly matches are the only matches that affect the form negatively, i.e., if you exceed the number of matches played, they could tire your players. However, of all the official league matches played during the week, only TWO will count for fitness, and the rest will be as if they had never been played. This is in the case of using the same player for senior, U18, U21 and U23 leagues.
All other matches (official, private and partner cups, friendly leagues and promotion matches) have a positive influence on fitness, i.e. they will never tire your players, but will help to maintain fitness.
Instant or tactics tester matches do not influence fitness, i.e. it is as if they were never played.
For more information about FS, please refer to the following guide:

- When is the players' EF updated?
The EF is usually updated on Monday night/Tuesday morning.

To reach a good physical condition:

With 0 pellets and Need Rest, the player should not play matches during the week.
With 1 pellet and Need Rest, the player should play 0 or 1 match only.
With 2 pellets and Need Rest, the player must play 1 or 2 matches.
With 3 pellets and Need Rest, the player must play 2 or 3 matches.
With 4 pellets and Need Rest, the player must play 3 or 4 matches.
With 5 pellets and Need Rest, the player must play 4 or 5 matches.
With 6 pellets and Need Rest, the player must play 5 or 6 matches.

If the player is Satisfied he should play 6 matches per week to maintain a good condition.

With 0 pellets and Need to Play, the player must play 12 matches.
With 1 pellets and Need to Play, the player should play 11 or 12 games.
With 2 pellets and Need to Play, the player should play 10 or 11 games.
With 3 pellets and I Need to Play, the player must play 9 or 10 games.
With 4 pellets and I Need to Play, the player must play 8 or 9 games.
With 5 pellets and I Need to Play, the player must play 7 or 8 games.
With 6 pellets and I Need to Play, the player must play 6 or 7 matches.

It should be clarified that there is a special case, which are the players of advanced age, who for reasons of deterioration are left out of training. In these cases, players must play fewer games to maintain their physical condition. It has been proven that 4 matches per week (between friendly and official league) are enough to keep the physical condition of these players and not tire them out (besides, they can play as many cup matches and friendly leagues as they want).

I'll give you the easy answer. You only ever play your "A team" in friendlies. You'll never reach high team form without your other players at least playing a few friendlies each week.

Your A team with maintain 9+ but your other players won't
