Custom youth setup. Help!

Hi. I am considering the custom youth setup tomorrow. I current ly have a 7/8/8 age setup. Do I have to move the slider under "youth acaademy" from 23 to 0 today and then select the wanted group of youths that I want tomorrow, when they leave, from the custom youth setup? If you change the slider right now than there is noway of determing which players will stay and which ones will leave. What do you want to achieve with this feature? If the goal is to get better youths then I recommend this: Disregard all youth players right now(if you play U18 league then keep 7-11 youths) Wait until the end of the season around day 83 or so(I will explain later why til day 83) In current season it should be 18th or 19th December. Which is Sunday and Monday! So on Friday the 16th I would disregard all youths. And on 17th I would use youth costum setup to get new batch of 23 18-year olds – most of them you’ll be exchanging as they are pointless. Then you have new 16 year olds – give them condition camp and training camp. Remember that youth condition camp cannot be canceled so you need at least 7 days to send youth to both condition camp and training camp. Those youths who you kept – give them 2 TCis in a row and they’ll be pretty decent after 70 days of training. From time to time I use this feature. I did the same last season but I kept none of the youths as they were really bad! And the ones I had before using this feature were also bad. And all the yoths are exchanged so so far I have bad luck with youths..basically 23+23+23=69..So I have had 69 bad youths [:D] I have exchanged the new ones couple of times, so that number gets worse actually! [:P] Right now my youth academy has 1 4 HP player. Thanks for a solid reply, mate! All eggs in one basket with the 16 yos though. I think I will use it to change all (7) current 16 yos with 18s to strengthen my current team and change out the worst 18s for 16s throughout the season.Thanks for a solid reply, mate!
